We’re Back - Sunday, November 22, 2026

After a seven-year hiatus, the beloved biennial WNPS fete is returning – bigger, brighter and better than
ever! With a fresh new name – the Sunnyside Fete – and a passionate new team of coordinators, we’re
thrilled to bring this much-loved Willy North tradition back to life.

Established in 1874, Williamstown North Primary School has over 150 years of history in this wonderful
community. Our 627 students and their families, along with alumni and local residents, make up a
network of more than 5,000 people – and we expect more than 4,000 visitors to join us on the fete day
for live entertainment, carnival rides, silent auctions, raffles, sensory spaces, and a wonderful range of
food, drinks and specialty stalls.

What we’re fundraising for

Every dollar raised goes directly back into our school. Past fundraising efforts have already provided
wonderful things for our students – our 150 Years Celebration delivered the popular Gaga Pits and
shade sails and the 2025 Walkathon is helping fund a beautiful seated garden space for students to
enjoy during playtime.

Our 2026 ambition is to revitalise all 30+ classroom libraries – replacing shelving and refreshing book
collections in every learning space. Every student at WNPS will directly benefit from your support.
